We are committed to promoting from within

Thirty percent of our managers started as staff-level employees, including Julival Rocha, our multi-unit chef in BOS. The General Managers of two of our full-service restaurants, Antonio Alicea and Thais Stamato, started as a dish washer and a pizza cook respectively. Our own Chief Operating Officer, Meredith Genochio, joined the organization in 2007 as General Manager of Yankee Pier, one of our first restaurants. We are thrilled to say that the majority of our locations have employees who started at those locations on day one, including many team members hired for our very first location at SFO, which opened in 2000.
